ÓûÂþɬ Licensing Board in accordance with Section 349 of the Gambling (Scotland) Act 2005 are reviewing its Policy Statement. Please find a copy of the draft statement. The proposed changes are in red. The consultation period on the draft ÓûÂþɬ will come to an end on 17th October 2025.
