ÓûÂþɬ Council Consultation - Revised Policy on Gambling Act 2005

ÓûÂþɬ Licensing Board in accordance with Section 349 of the Gambling (Scotland) Act 2005 reviewed its Policy Statement. The consultation period on the draft ÓûÂþɬ ended on 17th October 2025. The updated ÓûÂþɬ is in effect from 30th December 2025.
