Regulation Summary
Will Tacit Consent apply?
No. Written consent will only be provided once Building Standards are satisfied that the structure is safe for use.
Other evidence required
Location plan, design certificate or calculations as provided by a structural engineer
Fees
Licence costs £250 and lasts for the duration of the event
