Standing for elections – South Kintyre

Are you passionate about community and local democracy? Do you want to make a difference to local life?

If your answer is yes, ÓûÂþɬ Council is holding a by-election for one councillor to represent the South Kintyre area. Representing your community as a councillor is highly rewarding and offers opportunities to shape what happens in your local areas as a decision-maker.

The by-election takes place on Thursday 2nd November 2023. To stand for election, you need to complete a nomination pack between Wednesday 20th September and 4pm on Monday 2nd October.

The pack is available online at /sites/default/files/2023-09/Nomination%20Pack%202%20November%202023_0.pdf
