Kintyre general waste collections - 1100l and 660l bins only
Due to issues with the refuse vehicle we were unable to lift 1100l and 660l bins due on the 6th of May these will now be collected on Saturday 10th May. Gigha will be collected today (Thursday 8th May).

Skips and Skip Lorry - Islay/Jura
Our Skip lorry is currently off the road. During this time we cannot accept any skip hires, collections of hired skips or uplift of commercial skips. We also will not be able to empty any of our recycling centre skips including Bowmore, Port Ellen, Bruichladdich and Jura skip sites. We ask that members of the public please refrain from using any of the skips within these sites for the time being. We will update the website as soon as we have any further information. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause during this time.
